长安论坛 Chang'an Forum
我国社会经济发展进入“新常态”和国家新型城镇化战略的深入实施,要求城乡规划在理念、方法、技术等方面做出相应的调整,同时也要求以物质空间规划为主的传统城乡规划引入多学科的技术方法,为城乡规划的编制与决策提供更加科学、理性的支撑。而开放数据的可获取性进一步促使了城乡规划编制方法的变革,也为城市发展模型、城市定量统计方法、城市模拟技术等规划技术方法的有效应用奠定了基础,对借助新的数据处理方式开发新的城市分析模式提出现实需求。
如何应对丝绸之路经济带建设中亟待解决的城乡规划问题,把握机遇,推进新技术驱动下的城乡规划编制方法变革,将成为当前及今后一定时期内西部地区城乡规划工作的关键所在。
因此,为了推动西部地区城乡规划学科的发展,促进东西部地区城乡规划设计单位和高等院校之间的交流,实现学界、业界的相互促进、发展,实现“分享经验、共享成果”的会议主旨,由中国城市规划学会主办,西安建筑科技大学、西安市城市规划设计研究院、北京城市实验室(BCL)承办,陕西省土木建筑学会城市规划专业委员会、陕西省城乡规划设计研究院、西北综合勘察设计研究院、西安建大城市规划设计研究院、中联西北工程设计研究院等单位协办,定于

2015年城市规划·长安论坛会议
。本次会议的主题为
“新技术支撑下的城乡规划编制方法变革”
。
本次会议将举行三项议程:
(1)邀请东西部著名专家和学者进行主题报告与讲座;(2)东西部城乡规划设计经验交流;(3)西部地区优秀城乡规划设计成果交流会
,各单位和院校可推荐本单位优秀城乡规划设计成果在会议期间进行讨论与交流,会议将从全国邀请若干专家进行现场点评。现将有关会议的事项通知如下:

2015年6月26日(星期五):全天报到
2015年6月27日(星期六):上午--会议开幕、4个会议主题报告(每个报告时间为45分钟);下午--西部地区优秀城乡规划设计成果交流会(分两个会场,每个会场8个报告,每个单位可推荐1-2个优秀设计作品,代表发言20分钟,邀请东西部城乡规划领域专家、学者点评5分钟),详见具体会议议程。
